Paolo Plotegher is interested in the becoming political of everyday situations through art. He keeps asking the question “what is political? what is political activism?”

He tries to become political together with what is around and available, and in different contexts: through writing (he is studying a PhD in the Visual Cultures Department at Goldsmiths), whilst teaching art and tutoring (at Goldsmiths and other places), by organising activities where artists collaborate with different people and associations (summerdrafts.org), whilst eating pasta, drinking beer, wearing wigs.
