I will examine anxiety as connected to the problem of hospitality, and particularly to broken hospitality, then I will explore the changes that the traditional concept of hospitality has undergone under the current condition of Nihilism. It will be in the field of Nihilism that I will explore the connections between anxiety and contemporary work. Finally, I will try to look for a philosophical alternative.

Before starting, I must acknowledge two debts. Most of the first part of this talk derives from a conversation I had with my friend and fellow writer Robert Prouse, whom I would like to thank. The final part of this talk, on the other hand, has been very influenced by the poet Lucy Mercer, and I would like to thank her for that.

campagna-eng anxiety Ernst Junger hospitality nihilism pavel florensky poetry psychopathology theoxenia work English Thu, 26 Jun 2014 11:48:41 +0000 Federico Campagna 366 at http://th-rough.eu Poème de l’occupation infinie http://th-rough.eu/writers/martinez-tagliavia-fra/po%C3%A8me-de-l%E2%80%99occupation-infinie
1.

occupons les fraises sauvages

occupons les langages

occupons le sel

occupons les discours

occupons de manière chaotique et organisée un mur

occupons une discothèque

martinez-tagliavia-fra France occupy poetry struggle French Wed, 26 Oct 2011 12:42:22 +0000 Francesca Martinez Tagliavia 222 at http://th-rough.eu Con un certo stupore forse ingenuo http://th-rough.eu/writers/bifo-ita/con-un-certo-stupore-forse-ingenuo
Con un certo stupore forse ingenuo

Mi chiedeva qualcuno:

Ma cosa sta accadendo

nel secondo decennio del secolo ventuno?

bifo-ita crisis Europe greece poetry struggle Italian Sun, 23 Oct 2011 23:39:44 +0000 Franco Berardi Bifo 220 at http://th-rough.eu
